About me

I am a Certified Holistic Nutritionist, and a Hatha Yoga and meditation teacher with 13 years of experience. I am currently studying data analytics, Kundalini Yoga (through the Kundalini Research Institute Level 1 program), Herbalism, Ayurveda and Traditional Chinese Medicine. I guess you could say that I am a lifelong learner, so I’ll never be finished!

I will never claim to have all the answers, but I hope that over time, I can build a repository of health information, presented in a clear and concise way, so that we can explore at least some of the answers together. I am striving for information that is accessible, and easy to understand for everyone – not just those with a medical background.

In my day job, I rely heavily on data analytics and predictive modeling, and as I dive deeper on this learning path, I hope to put the skills I am building to good use in the nutrition and health realms, providing dashboards and visualizations that can be useful, informative, and easily understood

I will eventually be accepting clients as my schedule allows, and I will make an announcement when that time comes.

If you have any questions or suggestions for topics you would like to see covered, please don’t hesitate to reach out.

In good health,

Total harmonious relaxation cures the body. To achieve this there must be a coordination between the three facets of ourselves: body, mind, and soul.

Yogi Bhajan, April 9, 1986

“The physical body is an emotional filter. Many human ailments, hitherto considered purely physical, are now recognized as rooted in emotional disturbances.”
